Dr. Jarrod Kinsey, Pastor
Jarrod has served as Pastor at Cave Spring Baptist Church since June 2020. He was born and raised in Ringgold, Georgia. He is a graduate of Shorter University (2011, B.S. in Religious Studies), and a two time graduate of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary with an M. Div. in Christian Ministry (2021) and a D. Min. in Church Revitalization (2025). Prior to serving in Cave Spring, Jarrod served in various youth ministry and associate pastor roles. Most recently, Jarrod and his family served as full-time missionaries in the remote Aurora province in the Philippines. Now serving as a pastor, he is passionate about equipping the church to reach their community and the nations with the gospel.
Jarrod and his wife, Cheree, married in 2009 and they have five children: Harper, Hudson, Evie, Ivie, and Roseali. He enjoys spending time with family, woodworking, fishing, and pulls for the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Braves, and Chase Elliott.
